MK Nuclear Energy (MKN) is set to play a key role in the future of clean power generation. MKN will successfully participate in this market through a dual strategy:

• First, we selectively invest in companies that are major innovators in the nuclear energy field. MKN recently completed a transaction with a company in the US that is uniquely positioned to be the most successful developer of Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology. This technology will lower financial risks, enhance safety, and increase applicability of nuclear plants in the not too distant future.
• Second, we will provide consulting services to the nuclear industry and engage government and private entities for the purpose of developing nuclear energy projects worldwide. MKN has assembled an international group of network partners and expert consultants that are eminently qualified in the nuclear energy field. They have recently completed a major project involving the refurbishing analysis of a large nuclear power plant in Latin America. This analysis included both the technical feasibility of refurbishing the plant as well as an assessment of the management capability to carry out the project.

MKN is actively pursuing other investment and consulting opportunities in the US and in international nuclear energy markets. MKN will leverage The Michael Kenwood Group’s global reach and expertise in the financial, energy and infrastructure markets to lead and consolidate new ventures in the generation of clean nuclear power.
